Initiative tracker roll20

The Beyond20 browser extension is excellent if you're already using DnDBeyond.com and Roll20. I don't know about the initiative part since I use the Roll20 tracker, but I know it's great for character sheets, rolling from monster stat blocks (or anywhere else), displaying pictures or rules from DnDBeyond, etc..

So the DM has asked me if there is was to keep track of spell durations via some sort of macro. Well i didnt have much luck looking around but i did find a way to do it in the initiative tracker where you add a +1 or -1 and just create a "turn" for it in the tracker and let it count up or down till the spell is gone. well we tried that and ... Also, macros can have several tokens as targets and requiring them to be selected before running the macro is asking for nasty usability issues (IMHO at least).
