Mercari item arrived damaged
Come today, I received both a "damaged in transit" notification, along with a notification "for a return request for damage". The buyer sent in pictures of the same kind of figure, but every piece was basically broken in half. He did not send pics of the box, or nothing really to prove it is the exact figure I sent.I've bought several items on Mercari that have arrived broken. One was literally a glass item wrapped in that brown parcel paper — by some miracle, that seller got her funds. Another seller sent me 2 delicate ceramic candle holders and one arrived broken.

I contacted Mercari about an item that was advertised as like new but did not state the damage on the funko pop like a month later.
