About to problem with the barrel rubbing aganist the slide. Check under the slide and look at the top front of the ejection port and make sure there are no little bumps there. Under recoil many times the shooters thumb will momentarily hit the slide stop which will cause a malfunction like this. Best way to determine if this is your issue is shoot a box one handed.
