My guess is its 1980's vintage, but that's a guess. Its a 5 digit SN, both on the frame and the inside of the cylinder. It does say Miami Florida on the frame. I checked the tracking number and they received the TX22 on 4/17/2019 As of this morning 4/18/2019 when I checked the Check Repair Status on their site it only says Firearm Received...so they haven't had a look at it yet..This Serial number pattern 1Dxxxxxx has shown up randomly now I think starting in late 2015 early 2016. From your picture I'd say it's a M84. I've got a blued 84 that looks a lot like it. The model number should be stamped in the crane. From the serial number, it is probably old enough that Taurus won't have it in their data base, I'd guess seventies maybe. Looks like a nice revolver.
